In June 2014 I had met with a major bike accident due to which my left hand both bones broked & operation done & steel plate was inserted in my left hand.      Now I wanted to remove my steel plate.Also please refer some good doctors for steel plate removal in Kolkata location.

You don't have to remove the plates, they are usually left in. It makes no difference. Since it is about 4 years, there will be a lot of bone growth over the plates, making it even more difficult to remove it. Also there are a lot of risks involved in taking it out. The best thing to do, is to leave it alone.
