Extreme pain in left hand through shoulder due to vain pressed as in MRI. visited aayurvedic alopethic and homipathic doctors but it still paining. What should be done now. Patient age 60. Female

The MRI, would have suggested nerve compression or pressure and not veins. If there is a Lot of pain aLong the nerve area, then initially painkillers can be tried. If that does not help an injection around the nerve is the next option. The final option will be surgery. She will need to be evaluated by an Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon to manage further.
