I have my left eye smaller then the right eye,but i can see everything clear. Are there any exercises or treatments to bring the eye forward? I am from patna[Bihar]. Suggest me a best doctor..

You are having mild congenital ptosis in left eye,if minor ignore it or you will have to undergo surgery.
