Left ear partially blocke

From last Monday , when i wake up in the morning , left ear is mostly blocked. Also it used to itch some times . When i shake the head, i could hear some thing inside the ear. Can you please help ?

Could be fungal infection in the ear canal or fluid collection in the middle ear...you should be examined by an ENT Surgeon.
