Left chest tightness and stabbing pain

Having constant mild tightness feeling in left chest. Took ECG, echo and TMT 5 times in the last 5 years and all are normal. Latest reports from may 2022 are attached. I also took a CT coronary angio in June 2018 and that was also fine (no calcification at all). Got COVID in 2020, took a lung ct at that time; everything was fine. I recovered from COVID without any hospitalization. I do 45 mins of jogging/cycling and also do a few pushups. I don't feel any pain during excercise, except a few occasions. Diagnosed with sliding hiatal hernia during an endoscopy, in 2020. Could my chest tightness be due to acidity? Do I need to take any further heart tests? Is my heart normal? Or is it some psychosomatic issue? Other details: LDL: 146, triglycerides: 160 (both values lowered from last readings thru excercise and diet). Also echo shows PASP 38, mild tr and mild me. So is it safe for me to do running and cycling?

Doesn’t look cardiac problem.. As long as u can do jogging and cycling without any pain or any other symptoms .. u should do daily exercise 30 mins minimum… If u have any others risk factors.. smoking or alcoholism.. u should stop them For cholesterol you shld do dietary modifications and lifestyle changes.. Need to start statins (lipid lowering drugs)
Next Steps
Consult nearby cardiologist and do regular follow up of fasting lipid profile.
