I have been tested covid positive 20 days back and got recovered but post my recovery my left abdominal stomach is feeling like gas filled sensation but am getting hungry, urine , motion normal but my abdominal feels like filled with air what will be problem?

Are you having any vomiting,  if not,  take the following Rx, if no improvement with in 7days, then go for UGI endoscopy and ULTRASOUND OF ABDOMEN AND PELVIS 1. Tab Razo-D x one tab x once daily x before food x 15days 2. Syp Sucrafil O x 10ml x thrice daily x 1hour before food x 15days 3. Syp Pan MPS x 10ml x thrice daily x after food x 15days If vomiting,  do the tests ASAP, inform me the report
