Hello sir/mam Here I am attaching the picture of my right side lateral tongue from past 2 weeks I am noticing some roughness and white dots on this particular area some burning sensation is also there applied dologel also no change. I searched on Google about this it shows only leukoplakia and cancer I am very much scared please help

Donot look for solution in google search It will lead to anxiety disorder, nothing else. Better go and consult an ENT specialist in clinic and get relieved of your confusion And avoid google
