It is a temprary phase due yonpost vural effect. Also, dengue causes dysfunction of platelets.  So, irregular menses with sometime heavy bleeding is a common problem. Don't worry, just have plenty of water, take appropriate diet and multivitamin supplements if required, for a couple if weeks, and after 1-2 cycles   this will recover.
