Hi. My mensis date is very regular,correctly 28days evry mnth.ths mnth i got 9days late period,with heavy bleedng,cramping,lower backpain...we r trying for baby.what ths indicates.?

Since your periods are regular and you were planning to conceive you should have done pregnancy test 4-5 days after missed period.it is difficult to say now as it might be ? Delayed menses? Inevitable abortion.consult your gynecologist.
