I was told if im scanning at five weeks but my doctor telling me its not possible i suppose to be four weeks...i heard conception couldve been late so do that mean i ovulated late

Yes...most probably What ever it is ...you should follow after ten days again with a scan and B Hcg levels. Sac should be seen on scan then.
