LASIK eye surgery precautions

I had Bladeless LASIK surgery 8 days ago. My eye power before surgery was -6.0/-6.5 . After 1 more week, I'll be using laptop for 12 hours a day. Can you advise me on the precautions I should be taking so that my eyes heal properly even when I use laptop for 12 hours?
