Laser fissure and piles surgery

I had a laser fuss and piles surgery on 4 weeks before now i dont have any surgery pain and bleeds but burning send and pain is there which i felt before how long it take to heal. After surgery also it's feel same. Is there any issue this associated with any cancer type BEC after sure its not healing

Cancer usually don't cause pain, that too during surgery Surgeon might have examined your Anal canal from inside
