Pls tell me what's in the report does it require operation or medicine will help pls tell. I m worried is major problem is there pls tell

No operative procedure is required. Report is almost fine. You can start with antacid and decongestant. 1. Syp mucaine gel 2tsf bd 2. Cap pantosec DSR empty stomach in the morning 3. Tab augmentin 625 mg bd ( if fever is present) 4. Tab levotiz m bed time Take plenty of fluids.
