Lariago ds with paracetamol

I had started lariago ds course at 2 pm {2 tablets} but at 4:30pm had fever around 102° so I took paracetamol. Doc I want to know is it safe to have paracetamol with lariago ds. Need your opinion as early as possible. Thank you
