Lacrimal gland secretion

I have been facing somatization symptoms for 10 years. Taking treatment for it for last 4 years. Major reason for it is when I take stress tear secretion decreases (Schimer's test score is very low). If not stressed for 1 month than tear secretion is normal (As per schimers test). Is their a solution for it? Should I consult some other doctor? If you know the solution. Please let me know I will take online consultation.
