My son is 15 years old and very active in sports. Post lockdown he has started active fitness training in morning. I recently did his blood sample analysis. While all parameters are within normal limits RDW-SD indicates 49.9. Suggest your advice if any vitamin supplements are required for improvement . Reports attached
