I used KZ soap for 3 weeks for fungal infection of skin and then discontinued it. The infection has recurred 1 week after discontinuing the soap. What should I do? I am a 27 year old man.

Soaps are only used to prevent recurrence. And that is also not proven whether it beneficial or not. They do not have any much curative  value. Please take proper treatment with antifingal tablets and creams otherwise it may spread and become a chronic problem.
