Compression fracture & collapse of D7, D11, & L2 vertebral bodies are seen with moderate to marked degree collapse & altered marrow signal displaying hyperintense T2/STR & hypointenseT1 signal. Retropulsion of D12 vertebral body noted causing bony secondary central canal stenosis & lower dorsal cord compression and intramedullary cord signal chang.
