My brother had a wound in his left knee by accidental fall on concrete road 1 day before. His first aid was done and from the injury after 36-38 hours he has taken titanus vaccine and the now the problem is pus is coming out of the wound..what to do? And wound is opened to let it dry and every 24hour wound is being cleaned properly..
