Knee pain when folding my leg

I had recently undergone c-sec. I was on blood thinners, progestorene till my 35th week of pregnancy. Post deliver, I am experiencing some knee pain while folding my leg. Though it is not severe, i am scared about any possible deep vein thrombosis. Kindly suggest
