My freind is going through tremendous pain in the right side of abdominal area, I have attached the USG report need urgent consultation.

Ultrasonography of the abdomen report has not detected any abnormaity.get clinical physical examination done by a urologist/surgeon to detect the clinical abnormality. symptomatic treatment can be started to relieve the pain till a clinical diagnosis is made.
