Kindly guide on Duphaston in details

Thank you Dr.Savitha Sukhija..also wanted to ask when can I take a pregnancy test as my doc said it's difficult to make out now. She gave duphaston to reduce pain and to get my periods.I am worried to take as I am having symptoms from past few days.confused if its side effects of metformin or pms.or if I have conceived. Kindly guide.
