I have spect -1.25 -1.00 140 6/9 RE -4.00 -2.00 145 6/12 LE                   Now I want to treat my Keratoconus in(Mumbai/Aurangabad) by surgery as Dr. Said by C3R ,is it good for that or another options.               And i have also improve my vision by doing another procedure as PRK,LASIC,ICS which is good for me        And pls suggest me step for better treatment & also cost & i have Health Card(Rajiv Gandhi Yojna) any use of that in private or Government pls Explain.       I showed at JJ hospital Mumbai yesterday they said C3R is available there, any Semi/Govrnment hospital there is C3R available or Any private hospital in Mumbai/Aurangabad region with min Cost as possible.
