Hi , I had basic routine check-up. Attached is the report. Please suggest me precautions or medication if required. Thanks

Raised urea in blood can be due to multiple reasons, like high protein diet/Keto diets, supplemental protein drinks, dehydration, poor dietary habits, obesity etc. We need more details on your diet pattern type of foods and lifestyle in order to help u with reducing urea levels. Medication is recommended based on your follow up reprots post 30 to 40 days and repeat test and doctor's advise.

Avoid high sugary salty foods, red meat and protein drinks and shakes, alcohol and beer and other hard and soft drinks which aggravate the condition check for any typical aches and pains that u have more frequently.
Health Tips
Drink plenty of water, buttermilk and ginger lemon water. Avoid all fruit juices as long as u can chew u r food well, please eat whole fruits and salad veggies in as is form ofcourse after through rinsing!
