I had L5S1 disc protrusion from 3 months. After 1.5 months pain was reduced by doing core muscle strengthening exercise. No for last 10 days taking ayurveda oil therapy following that now taking kati vasti. It's been 5 days since started kati vasti but still pain there. How long days does Kati vasti takes to reduce Lumbar pain ?

Single Kari basti can't treat your condition fully, you must take some medicine along with that.
