hi , keshar must be pure & quantity should higher to get a color in food items . ghee is not liquid as milk so it wont change color to that extend . & basic fact we use keshar for flavor as well medicinal effect . when you add few treads of keshar to ghee ghee color should be change around keshar treads in ghee or milk . if u want more color effect crush keshar well & add 5 ml of warm ghee & mix well .
