I get pain in joints some times specialliy in legs. I recently returned from 25 days rigorous physical traiNing. I feel pain some time in leg, in joints and numbness.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. It's pretty normal. You can take a pain killer for two days like tab. Zerodol-p twice a day. Also start taking a tab.
