Jaundice in 25 days old baby

My baby is 25 days old today we check the jaundice and chest is 11 mg/dl and forehead is 8 mg/dl ,Done blood test as well direct bilirubin is 0.76 and indirect is 9.88 total bilirubin is 10.62. We did he cbc test as well and haemoglobin is 11.1 g/dl. Kindly suggest what should I do , this there any thing serious

Bilirubin 10 at day 25 is normal.

Breast feeding every 2 hour once.
