Dear Sir/mam, Can I eat Banana during jaundice? my jaundice is due to Hapatities A virus ? What diet should I follow ? Bengali diet will be appreciated. My bilirubin is 4.5 Thank you!

Hep A spread through contaminated water,food So mainly hygiene is important Avoid oily food All fruits are good And keep yourself hydrated..
