Hello, I was working in mumbai when I encounyered sevier fever one day and dark urine. After getting tested the reports said that plasmodium vivax is present and having jaundice with sgot - 900 , Spogt- 1200, I returned to my home town jamshedpur and got admitted after retest my liver enzyme went up to 2000 & 5000 respectively & malaria test was shown negetive. After 2 days again test was done and the liver enzyme redused to 2000 Hepatitis test was also negetive but during my  discharge they mentioned acute hepetitis and gave me some medicine like rifaximin tab 550 mg & ursodeoxycholic acid tabs 300mg twice a day. I am still having mild fever in night and a bit dark yellow urine in morning I drink a lot of water and glucose so during day time the colour of urine is compatibily lighter yellow. How long it would take me to heal completely ? Should I add something in medication ? What type of diet I should have. Currently I've completely avoided spices & outside food.
