I have done beta hcg 14 day embryo transfer is 234 then i go to dr ultrsound 6week 3 day but do not show gestional sac endometrium is 12 mm is this pregnacy ongoing or early missdiagonesd or early misscarriage

You need to repeat the beta -hcg. If the values have dropped then no pregnancy. If the values are more than 1500 and there is no intrauterine sac need to rule out ectopic
