Everytime after i eat , I will start to gag and dry heave and cough . It happens after every meal .

Hi gagging can happen due to spasm in good pipe ( esophagus). There is a disease called Achlasia CARDIA which leads to similar problem. It's better to get a upper Gastroscopy done to rule out the same and also get a barium meal winch will help to make accurate diagnosis. Take care
