I am suffering from syringomas on my face since 6-7 years. I did many treatments for it but no results on it. Can you please help me with this issue of mine. As it is very irritating which lacks my confidence.

Hii , If its definitely syringomas , it ll be better to get them excised from a dermatologist ..Either TCA application or RF ablation will be helpful
