I am 24 year old and I have a permanent condition of low platelet count of around 20,000 and my BP also remain high which remains around 160/115. I also have continuous bachache and I am allergic to cold due to which I have a problem of chronic throat infection.  Please give me a proper suggestions to deal with them.

Sir you have problems like High blood pressure and platelet count issues but regarding back ache cause of it may be from muscle issue or bone and disc issue which should be ruled out through certain special test and investigation better you consult a Physiotherapist who can help you in treating your back ache thank you
