Hi, I have been suffering from pain, itchy & irritation from the anus. Sometimes i feel bowel movements when i had one. Most of the time after a meal i urge of hitting the toilet so so embarrassing. What could be the symptoms. Please help also suggest which doctor to visit.

Hi there I understand your concern... It may be due to anal fissure,hemorrhoids, worm infestation etc...detailed history and examination is necessary to identify the underlying cause resulting in symptoms.... I would suggest you to consult nearest surgeon they will do the needful....along with that take high fibre diet,drink plenty of water...good luck.
