This morning I woke up with this big bump on my forehead, it doesn’t hurt, only itches. My legs and arms (mostly legs) are starting to itch now.

Hi thanks for the query..going by your description it looks like you have an condition called Urticaria..you can take antihistamines consulting your doctor in your country..discuss with your doctor about it's triggering factors and how to manage it in the long run.thank you.
