Itchy and sore skin of vulva

I have been married for 8 months. Since marriage i have vaginal infection for two times. But this time again when i felt itchy vulva the doctor said that there is no infection and its okay. But i still feel little sore once in two weeks. Sometimes it gets worse after sex. If i have no infection then why it's happening? Please help

Please get a vaginal swab done to assess for infection .please get a canestan single use vaginal pessary and insert in to the vagina.Get a HBA1C blood test and complete blood count done to check for diabetes and anaemia.
