Todays morning i am feeling little bit throat itching look like something poke in throat however not feel its continously what is the reason behind it however no cold cough runny nose and fever right now what to do at home.

For throat itching secondary to some injury like poking as u said doesn't need warm saline water gargling.
Next Steps
just have some smoothies and avoid spicy foods and drink water frequently. u can also try lozenges that helps
