When I press penis in middle urethra hurts and hurts or burns in area of I think frenulum (back side of penis foreskin)...I found some red rashes there too...little Burning or holding feeling only when start urine...which goes and comes again...sometimes burning in whole urethra...and after urinating or ejaculation too...I have fungle infection problem between thighs ( like jock itch )...which goes and comes if not use cream... Is this due to any infection or virus? Age 21
