hello sir..... The details u have given is very vague, still the most common disease which causes itching in the whole body with such lesions is scabies. Definitely its a thing to be worried about, as this infestation can spread by contact. Firstly u get urself diagnosed by consulting a skin specialist. U can send me pics as well.. If its confirmed to be scabies, then u, ppl living with u and the clothes u are in contact with will require a complete treatment.
