Hello there...I can understand your concern for your husbands health. From your description it looks like he could be suffering from balanoposthitis. It is very common among diabetics or when the other spouse has fungal infection. Check correctly what you have prescribed for fungal infection. I should be antifungal. Not antibiotics. Also ask your husband to consult a dermatologist. They will confirm the disease and start on necessary medications. Till then ask him to wash his genitals with only lukewarm water. Avoid and soaps or antiseptics like dettol or savlon.
