From past 4 months I have developed itching on my palms in the centre where my left plan centre skin is become hard.sometimes d itching is so bad dt skin peels.

Hi You seem to be having hand eczema. there are many different causes for this. Dry skin, recurring use of detergents and even the skin diseases like psoriasis can lead to this. please avoid working with water. avoid washing hands frequently. use a thick cream based moisturiser often. Please contact a dermatologist who can help
