Itching legs and hand palm

My 3.5 year old son have fever few day before and he was taking pcimol syrup, a-z multivitamins syrup also he has take clamp-kid forte syrup only 2 time with multivitamins but after taking this he has start itching problem in his legs and hand palm. Only he is itching their legs palm mostly. Also some rashes on there hand and legs. So please suggest any thing what should I do and is the best treatment. I am giving him Atarax syrup for itching.

If it's first time the child is using penicillin antibiotic, kindly consult nearby pediatrician immediately,  it may be a drug allergy. Or else it might be a simple viral rash. Atarax may be sufficient. But kindly take to pediatrician first.
