I feel itching inside the penis just where the glans penis start. It all started few days ago when my penis rubbed with my underwear multiple times during the exercise in gym. Sometimes the foreskin at the tip of the penis also swells. It gets normal automatically after2-3 days but itching does not go ? What is it ? And how to treat it ?
