Having pimples and itching problem in pubis part after using razor for removing unwanted hair how to get relief from this. Is it very severe problem or i should use some pimple cream like soframycin.

Topical antibiotics can only work in mild cases, you would require oral antibiotics if many follicles are infected. Avoid shaving the area , instead just trimming it with scissors is better to avoid recurrence.
