Hi doctor i am having high intensity of itching my penis after i had maturbated please help me what should i do i had an hernia operation 6 years back does it have to do anything with this please let me know and guide me..

hello hernia operation will not have any side effects fungal and bacterial infection should be ruled out consult dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.
