Itching in lower body and palms

Hi Doctor, Hope All well with you. This for my parents he hasn't developed any covid symptoms this year . But from last 10-15 days itching in Palms and lower body is there sometimes for an hour or so followed by redness which goes off automatically. Is there anything to look into? Please suggest

Next Steps
symptomatic management can be done with levocertzine, but if you figure out the cause and eliminate it. Thats a long term solution
