I'm a married person since Feb'2014. This problem started last winter. My Penis is itching when winter starts. My Mrs. face the same problem with her genital part. In summer I don't feel this problem. I wash it daily twice with dettol solution in mild hot water. It gives relief for few moments but again it start.
