I'm a married person since Feb'2014. This problem started last winter. My Penis is itching when winter starts. My Mrs. face the same problem with her genital part. In summer I don't feel this problem. I wash it daily twice with dettol solution in mild hot water. It gives relief for few moments but again it start.

Hi, may be you have fungal infection. better get it checked with a dermatologist. you should fine in 2to3 weeks time.
