My 7 month baby  scratches middle of her head and has small rushes same times she scratches too Much that it  hurts and cries plz suggest me what to do there was a time I told her dr and gave me cream to apply and its the same. Thanks

Stop using oil on the head. The baby might be having infantile seborrhoeic dermatitis. It is very common in India. It should be treated. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and and treatment advice.
