Hi, actually from some month ago a skin problem is appear on my leg behind the knee there is very itching also. photo is attached. what is this and what should i do now. pls tell me

Hi.This looks like an eczematous lesion which has been excoriated and secondarily infected.Please avoid scratching the lesion as it will worsen it.Apply Momate F cream locally twice daily and take Tab Allegra 180 mg at night for two weeks.Let me know how you are doing after 2 weeks.
